Beer-Themed 30th Birthday Party Invitations

Beer Themed 30th Birthday Party Invitations

I know that guys aren’t generally prone to swooning, but there may very well be some swooning going on if a beer-loving dude had invitations like these for his 30th birthday party. Abigail Luby from Chips + Salsa Design Studio designed these awesome red, white, and blue (with a little wood, too) invites for her husband’s beer tasting-themed 30th birthday party, and I can only imagine how happy he was 1) to have a beer tasting birthday party, and 2) to have these super cool invitations to go along with said beer tasting birthday party.

Here’s what Abigail had to say about these fun birthday invites:

The main invitation is printed double-sided on sycamore wood with a custom designed beer label on the front and party details on the back. While we now live in Texas, my husband is originally from New York, so I incorporated the “Imported from New York” text, as well as “Bills Backyard Brewing Co.” because he is a huge Buffalo Bills fan, and the party is being held at our home. All other paper pieces, including the day of the party banners and decor, share the same feel and theme.

Hot Air Balloon + Purple Pinwheel Invitations

Hot Air Balloon + Pinwheel Wedding Invites

Purple pinwheels? Hot air balloons? Gorgeous packaging? How could I not have a crush on this lovely wedding invitation suite by Brancoprata? Bride and groom, Liliana and Filipe, wanted to incorporate hot air balloons and song lyrics in their wedding suite, and the talented wedding wonders at Brancoprata designed a suite that’s so elegant, with delicate ornamental flourishes and pops of royal purple throughout. A hot air balloon motif features on both the invitation card and on the wonderful box that the invitations were packaged in, along with purple pinwheels that add a big dose of fun.

Becca + George’s Rhode Island Beach Wedding Invitations

Beach Wedding Letterpress Invitations

Ooh, I’m totally crushing on this soft and romantic beach wedding invitation suite that Parrott Design Studio created for Becca and George’s June wedding. The rich navy silhouette illustrations that feature throughout the suite are evocative of the Rhode Island beach town where the couple is getting married, and the seagull patterned envelopes bring a playful touch, perfect for the fun & casual day that Becca and George have planned.

The pink reply cards are one of my favorite details. First, the combination of pink and navy – love! The use of pale pink stock is unexpected, yet it fits so wonderfully with the navy and green in the rest of the pieces in the suite.

Classic Florida-Inspired Citrus Wedding Invitations

Florida Citrus Letterpress Wedding Invitations

“…ferry boats in the St. Johns River, old oak trees, spanish moss, orange groves and orange blossoms, alligators, egrets, and the ocean…”

The romantic, natural appeal of “old” Florida is what Kimberly and Matthew were looking to bring to life in their wedding invitation suite, and The Aerialist Press was more than happy to oblige. The result is an incredibly lovely letterpress printed wedding suite featuring a warm and inviting green and orange palette, classic typography, and gorgeous, hand-illustrated oranges that add a delicate, feminine touch to this stunning design.

Unique Wine Stain + Cork Save the Dates

Unique Wine Stain + Cork Save the Dates

“It’s more than a crush.” While the sentiment at the top of these awesome save the dates may not have been intended as an expression of my feelings, it’s certainly fitting because I think that I may be in love with them. I mean, c’mon, how could I not fall in love with something so amazing?

The ladies at Three Little Words designed this wonderfully unique save the date for Emily (one half of the Three Little Words crew) and her fiancee, Rocky’s, upcoming Napa winery wedding, and the result is a little bit rustic, a little bit whimsical, and totally genius!

The save the date “cards” are actually cork shelf liner cut to size and screen printed in white ink. Talk about great texture! And Lady Rene always adds a bit of sweet romance, perfect for such a unique save the date.

Wine Stain Seal Project

One of my favorite details has to be the wine-stained “seals” on the envelopes, which were each created by hand. Any crafty project that involves a glass of wine has got to be fun, right?

Vintage Bird Postcard Bridal Shower Invitations

Vintage Bird Postcard Bridal Shower Invitations

Erin from Lucky Luxe has knocked one out of the park yet again with these absolutely gorgeous bridal shower invitations that she designed for her best friend. The beautiful, Audobon-style bird illustration on the front of this folding invitation sets a vibrant vintage tone, and the colorful color palette is perfect for Spring.

Bridesmaids and friends are also receiving an invitation to the bachelorette party, so Erin created coordinating vintage-style postcard bachelorette invitations (above, bottom two images), mailed in cellophane envelopes. Clever and beautiful!
