Nick + Tania’s Coral and Mint Wedding Invitations

Everything about this eye-catching wedding suite by James Prunean for Nick + Tania’s big day is bold. From the solid splashes of coral and mint to the rich, black type – sometimes swashy and sometimes serif – these wedding invitations get your attention in a big way. I’m loving the playful little envelope flap details, too!

James shares:

Nick and Tania are a very young couple and didn’t want their invitations to feel like they take themselves too seriously, especially since they are having a small ceremony with their family and friends, followed by an informal cocktail reception. Their wedding colors are coral and mint, and they wanted their invites to reflect that, so we created these dynamic invitations using different colors for each of the pieces in the suite. We also used a great font that has lots of movement to contrast the hard edges of the black borders in the design, and we love the simplicity of the bold and graphic result.

Modern Love Story Wedding Invitations

Today’s super sweet invitation crush comes to us from Renee Nicole Design, which launched just this past May and already has a lovely collection of wedding invitation sets and holiday party invites available. The Modern Love Story wedding suite is right up my chevron-loving alley, showcasing whimsical typography with mid-century touches and darling heart and banner motifs. I’m really digging the belly band detail, which features a heart monogram and adds a sweet something to the entire suite, as well as the gorgeous gray and minty teal color palette. But the palette can be customized to your needs, so no worries if gray and minty teal aren’t your thing.
