I was so excited when they added letterpress wedding invitations to their assortment a little while back, and the addition of letterpress save the dates is just as exciting, if not moreso, because the lovely letterpress elements in the design can be mixed with your custom, non-letterpressed photo and customizable text. I always look forward to the launch of a new Bella Figura collection, and their recently introduced 2015 wedding invitation collection is filled with gorgeous invites that include both classic and on trend designs. There’s a little bit of everything in this beautiful collection, from the hand-painted watercolor flowers that embellish the darling Lupin to the bright, faceted type of Avery and the lovely and leafy, nature-inspired Bounty.

Letterpress Birth Announcements by Missive

Bella Figura 2014 Wedding Invitation Collection

I always look forward to the launch of Bella Figura’s letterpress wedding invitation collections, and this year’s is filled with crush-worthy invites. The beautiful, modern designs in the 2014 collection include the gorgeous, overprinted gingham of Clarus by Ian Koenig (above); the lovely, letterpressed botanicals of Bittersweet by Lindsy Talarico; the organic, modern lettering of Good Show by Patricia Mumau; and the minimalist, typographic beauty of Brevity by Tara Hogan.

Foundry (Dressed) Typographic Letterpress Wedding Invitations

It’s a new year, and that means oodles of new, crushtastic invitation designs. Woohoo!

I thought I’d start the year off with a bang in the form of these ultra bold, typographic letterpress invites from Tweedle Press. If your tastes run more MoMA than mainstream, then this is your kind of wedding invitation. The original and most definitely eye-catching Foundry (Dressed) invitation suite is a little bit retro and a little bit modern, angular, layered. It’s a piece of modern art announcing the details of your upcoming wedding celebration. And, while you can order these awesome invites in your own custom colors, I have to say that I am totally digging the deep teal-y palette shown here:

Musical Instrument-Inspired Letterpress Wedding Invitations

I always look forward to seeing new projects in El Calitopo’s stream, and these amazing letterpress rosette wedding invitations caught my eye immediately. Completely crushable, no?

The beautiful, ornate design was inspired by the geometric shapes and lovely curves of musical couple Clara & Daniel’s instruments, specifically a rosette detail that features an intricate, knotted design which translated perfectly into a unique, revolving circle invitation that holds the rosette front, the wedding invitation, and an information card. Coordinating table numbers and cards with the names of the musical selections that were played during the ceremony were also created as a part of this unique and lovely suite.

Letterpress Playing Card Wedding Invitations

I love it when a couple steps outside the box and has some fun with their wedding invitations, and it was crush at first sight when I spotted these awesome (and clever) letterpress playing card wedding invitations recently over on Brooklyn Bride. With fun wording, fantastic illustrations by Allison Colpoys, and beautiful letterpress printing in neon orange and gold by The Hungry Workshop, I don’t think there’s anything about Zoë & Hamish’s unique wedding invites that isn’t completely crush-worthy.
