Heritage Collection Letterpress Invitations

I have a mad, mad crush on all of the letterpress wedding invitation designs in Moontree Letterpress’ new Heritage Collection. The collection, a collaboration with Philadelphia based designer, Edward Brogna, includes five suites, each of which is utterly gorgeous and oh so sophisticated.

Inspiration for the collection came from Edward’s interest in collecting, vintage graphics, and the great outdoors, and the resulting designs incorporate all the elements of iconographic American design and typography. Below is a peek at the lovely collection, and you can find many more images over at Moontree Letterpress.

Lachlan + Elizabeth’s Modern Typography Invitations

Modern Typography Wedding Invitations

Oh, Bespoke Press, you’ve done it again. This letterpress wedding invitation suite, designed for Lachlan and Elizabeth’s special day, exudes elegance and sophistication. The couple chose a strong, typographic design with much white space, which gives the suite a beautiful, airy quality, and the thin, slab-serif typeface is a perfect choice for letterpress printing. Just look at the fantastic texture created by the impression.

This lovely suite included invitations, gift cards, picnic cards, and reply cards and was printed on 100% cotton ivory paper with warm, summer-y pink ink.

Bars Wedding Invitations

I am in full on crush mode over Stacey Day’s new line of letterpress wedding invitations. Wowsa, these invites are beautiful. The designs range in style from mod to modern, and folk art and mid-century style elements feature in a number of the suites, all of which are so incredibly chic and sophisticated.

Coordinating envelope liners, reply cards, information/direction cards, and thank you cards are available a la carte, and each suite can be customized for your specific needs.

Thomas-Printers Letterpress Invitations

I’m jazzed about the recent remodel over at Thomas-Printers Invitations. Kseniya Thomas does fantastic letterpress work, and the designers that she works with create such a beautiful range of designs, which are now available as a ready to order collection with customizable options for paper color, ink color(s), and typeface(s). And, like its parent company, Thomas-Printers Invitations tries to make as small an environmental impact as possible, recycling plates and waste paper, and using tree-free and recycled cotton paper to create letterpress pieces that are both lovely and eco-friendly.

Here’s a selection of the designs that you can find in the Thomas-Printers Invitations collection, and they’ll be debuting 8 new designs at the National Stationery Show this year, as well. Can’t wait to see the brand new designs!
