Tacky Christmas Sweater Party Invites

I have one. You have one. Pretty much any of us who celebrate Christmas have at least one totally tacky Christmas sweater tucked away in the deep recesses of our closets. Thank goodness for tacky sweater parties, which offer us the chance to break out these fashion atrocities and possibly win prizes for having the tackiest holiday sweater of all.

Rachael Schendel of tea + punch thought that this unique celebration deserved its own retro-style invitation, and so she created a deceptively stylish Not-too-Tacky Christmas Sweater party invitation that’s sure to lure all of your friends to your tacky sweater-celebrating shindig. The invite is available in a number of holiday hues, and you can purchase the invite as a printable PDF, or tea + punch can handle the printing for you.

Handmade Gingerbread House Invitations

I thought that Sara Westbrook’s  bat Halloween party invitations would be hard to top, but she’s created a handmade holiday invite that’s also oozing with cuteness. These gingerbread house decorating party invitations are absolutely adorable, and if you’re hand delivering the invites you can even decorate them with real candy. So darling!

Download the templates and check out the tutorial over at One Charming Party, and create your own gingerbread cuties.

Cute Holiday Party Invitations from Tiny Prints

I have a soft spot in my heart for super cute illustrations and bright, festive color, and this soft spot grows three sizes every year at the holidays because of all of the adorable gift wrap, greeting cards, and invitations that come out to play in November and December. Tiny Prints has a bunch of cute holiday party invitations this year that would be wonderful for holiday shindigs, neighborly get togethers, and cookie exchanges, and these are just a few of my favorites. Well, actually, it’s eight favorites, but eight is a few when you’re paper obsessed.

Holiday Party Invitations from Rifle Paper

I’m featuring the new collection of holiday greeting cards from Rifle Paper Co. over on Paper Crave today, and the fill-in holiday party invites from Rifle’s holiday collection are equally awesome. Anna Bond’s sweet, whimsical illustrations are a perfect fit for the magical holiday season, and the subdued palette and nostalgic tone of the designs make me feel all warm and fuzzy.
