Krystal + Adam’s Linen and Lace “Bunny” Wedding Invitations

Linen & Lace Bunny Wedding Invitations | Vellum & Vogue

I love it when stationery designers mix elegance and playfulness, and this gorgeous letterpress wedding suite by Vellum & Vogue does just that, with sophisticated and subtle metallic flourishes, luxe linen backers, and sweet bunny motifs.

Alana and Krystal from Vellum & Vogue share:

Our company, Vellum & Vogue, was born when we collaborated on the invitation suite for co-founder Krystal’s wedding. Krystal knew she wanted to create a letterpress suite with rich textural elements that paid homage to the couple’s nickname, “The Bunnies”. We started with the save the dates, which were letterpressed on double thick cotton stock and accented with small crystals applied by hand. We included two bunnies beneath the return address, a nod to their nickname and a motif that we carried through to their wedding invitations.

The invitation itself was mounted on a custom linen backer with a lace-trimmed pocket for the stacked enclosure cards. We used a 2-color process for the invitations, combining the same antique gray from the save the dates with a blind press that had a soft metallic sheen. We finished the suite with a blush envelope liner and elegant calligraphy on the outer envelope. Overall, we loved the unity of her wedding paper goods. All of the pieces, from the save the dates to the menus and escort cards to the thank you notes, carried the same delicate elements that reflected the couple’s taste.
