Last week ended on a high note, in part because I spotted these gorgeous, hand-illustrated and calligraphed bridal luncheon invitations by Holly Hollon at Design*Sponge. The illustrations flow together seamlessly with the calligraphy, and the invitations were watercolored by hand, creating a result that’s organic, filled with energy, and so, so pretty.
Holly also creating stunning calligraphy wedding invitations and coordinating calligraphed pieces, like cute little flags that decorate the groom’s cake. You can see more from this lovely wedding over at Design*Sponge. The wedding cake is fantastic!
